How to Give

Amethyst accepts donations of cash, stocks, and household items to support the women and children in our program. As a non-profit 501 ( c ) 3 organization, donations to Amethyst are tax deductible.

To donate household items or clothing

Donations can be dropped of at 527 South High Street Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arrangements can also be made for donations to be picked up from Central Ohio locations by calling 614-242-1284.

Items accepted include:

• Living room, dining room and bedroom furniture
• Towels and washcloths
• Sheets for twin beds
• Kitchen items
• Small appliances such as televisions, VCRs, microwaves, coffee pots, air conditioners

Holiday Donations

Each year, we provide gifts of clothing, food, personal items and toys for the women and children living at Amethyst. To learn more about opportunities to participate in this program, please complete the contact form.
