For more than 25 years, Amethyst programs have provided long-term, gender-specific alcohol and drug treatment combined with supportive housing for homeless women and their families. Our distinctive treatment model focuses on addiction while emphasizing the roles that poverty and trauma play in perpetuating drug and alcohol use in women.
